    Reservations can be made directly on our website or by contacting our guest services team via phone or email for personalized assistance.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in begins at 14:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.



  • Can I check-in at midnight?

    We have  24-hour staff on-site to assist, even for midnight arrivals. 


    Important Note:


    Arriving at 1 AM on 7 July? Book from 6 July to get your room right away.

    Booking from 7 July means check-in at 14:00 PM.

  • Is airport transfer / shuttle available?

    We offer airport transfer services for additional charge. Please contact our concierge in advance to schedule your pick-up or drop-off. 

  • Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?

    Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible in all guest rooms and public areas for your convenience.

  • Do you offer parking?

    Yes, we provide secure on-site free parking for guests.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please review the policy during booking. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds nor modification.

    Yes, we do with an additional fee and subject to availability.

    Yes, 24/7.

    Yes, our team will help every needs of our guests 24/7 if needed.

    Guests have complimentary access to our 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and spa services (by appointment).

    Yes, complimentary premium toiletries, towels, and hairdryers are provided in all guest rooms.

    Yes, same-day laundry and dry-cleaning services are available at an additional charge.

    All rooms include a minibar and a small refrigerator for personal use.

    Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out.
